All details of the rooms etc are on this website, any further details please email me for information re; booking etc, we have a PayPal secure business account and accept deposits for rooms via this account, once the deposit is recieved we Guarantee your booking, for other deposit enquiries please email.
We are sorry but Rooms cannot be gauranteed without a deposit.
Should you require another set of room keys for another guest, a 500 baht deposit must be offered to cover loss of these keys to change the locks.
A deposit of 500 Thai baht is payable on checking in to cover any loss of keys, accidental damage electricity etc, the balance being returned on checking out, for monthly deals and longer a deposit of 1,000 baht is required.
All guests must produce their Passport ( not a copy ) on checking in and a copy will be taken. this is required by Pattaya City & Thai law.
All monthly deals and longer are subject to metered electricity at 6 baht per unit and all rooms are metered and can be checked by guests. All monthly deals must be paid on checking in or the monthly rate shall become invalid, should the guest have to leave before the term no refund can be given.
Once a room rate is offered ( Daily, Weekly, or Monthly ) & both parties agree, and deposit paid, if the guest has to leave before the term no refund can be offered.
However we are very fair & on a monthly deal we may offer some refund on early check out in extreme curcumstances, as long as 2 weeks notice is given.
Electronic safes are supplied in each room and instructions on using them posted, the owners hold no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the rooms in or out of the safe. although 24 hour security cameras are in place please ensure you secure your valuables in the safe and lock your door on leaving, any problems with the safe, let Dave know.

Before checking out please ask Dave or Yao to arrange your taxi/minibus to the airport, as well as awkward checking out times, after hours etc. Please re-confirm your booking 1 week or so before your arrival, with arrival time which is especially important for after hours check in's preferably by email or phone.
